These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by EW Group Sdn Bhd [202401006770 (1552620-U)] to you (“the Client”). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
- Services
We provide professional advisory and processing services including, but not limited to: Company Incorporation, Accounting & Tax, HR & Payroll, Visa & Residency Applications, Education Visa Services, and Real Estate Advisory. - Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, documents, and payments necessary for us to perform the services.
- Inform us immediately of any changes to the provided information.
- Obtain all necessary visas and comply with all Malaysian immigration laws when traveling to Malaysia for matters related to our services.
- Fees and Payment

- Our fees are quoted for specific services. All fees are subject to change without prior notice for new engagements.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days.
- All fees are exclusive of any government taxes, duties, or application fees, which will be billed separately.
- Payment terms are strictly upon invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to withhold services and documents until full payment is received.
- Limitation of Liability

- We will exercise due professional care in providing our services. However, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of profit, arising from our services or reliance on advice given.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service from which the claim arose.
- Approval and processing times for applications are determined solely by the relevant government authorities (SSM, JIM, LHDN, etc.). We cannot guarantee application outcomes or processing timelines and are not liable for delays or rejections by these authorities.
- Third-Party Links & Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices.
- Intellectual Property
All materials, brochures, and documents provided by us are for the Client’s sole use in relation to the services engaged. All intellectual property rights remain our property.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
- Amendment
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The amended version will be effective upon posting on our website.
